SalesForce Zimlet Send&Add button

Got a strange one. The SalesForce Send&Add button on the compose window toolbar appears if the option to compose in a new window is unchecked. However if the compose in new window is checked, there is no Send&Add button on the toolbar. The zimlet does show in the left panel regardless.

What must be done to fix this?

Do you wish to for the zimlet to be deployed? You may wish to redeloy it:

After you do so, make sure you restart tomcat, and clear you browser cache as that might be something as well.

PS- It would also be helpful if you filled out your profile info so that we know your OS and Zimbra Version.

No, zimlet already is deployed and working fine - except the button doesn't appear if you check the "always compose in another window" box on the options for your account. If checked, it isn't there. If unchecked it is. It is repeatable. Uninstalling, redeploying, restarting tomcat, clearing cache, etc. has no impact on this.

We are currently running Network Edition 4.5.5, about to deploy 4.5.6. We're running on Redhat 4.0.

Yep, you're right. Sure enough, it does not display the zimlet in compose in new window.

Would you care to file a bug on that?

Thanks for at least confirming it! I've added bug number 18271 to the Zimbra bugzilla database.
