BB Pearl - Connection error

Hi,
I've downloaded the last BB Pearl client, configured all the options with https://dns_server_name, account with and without @domain and password and I'm trying to sync with no result, the client goes on saying:

"A general error has occurred. Unable to open connection"

The BB surfs the internet without a problem, I can go to zimbra web interface inside the browser and open it.

The server is authenticated by a thawte 123 certificate, so I do not think is a certificate issue.

Any hint?
