Default Issues with Generic client

It starts for me, but I can't type anything in the input fields to start logging in.

I'm running WM6.1 stock.
Phone: AT&T 8525(HTC Hermes)
JVM:Intent Java Midlet Manager Runtime MIDP 2.0: v10.1.7.575 (Build 20070403)

Any chance of getting a build that would work with this?

I'm glad to beta test as I don't have any other java apps on the phone.

Got the same problem with a HTC Touch Diamond. On the login screen, if you enter a number first, you get a white screen in which you can type the input. On enter the text is entered in the box.

I managed to login that way, but the application is not workable in this way.

Ok, I was able to enter my login info. One question, for the server url, do you have to enter http://..... or https://..... or no prefix to the url at all?

Default More details

Never mind, I figured it out. One note, don't play with the 'Remain signed in' box. It either is locking up when I try to toggle it or the jre doesn't know how to deal with it and all input goes kaput. Either way I have to kill it and restart it.
Also, I could only get the app to work over the wifi connection built into the phone, not the cell phone based broadband (3g for me)

Wink

I'm glad you figured things out ghstridr.
If it helps anyone, I found I didn't have to prefix my server with http:// or https://

@lancer
I think this is maybe just the way J2ME applications work.
I've to use the same method with Opera Mini...

1. Hit fire at the text field.
2. Hit fire again at the blank screen.
3. Enter your text on the screen after that.
4. OK that (by hitting fire again).
5. Take it from there.
