Exclamation Invalid Tunnel error

Thanks, the download to the phone worked. But when I try to log in to the Zimbra server I get a "invalid tunnel name" error. Any idea what this is and how to fix it?

Invalid tunnel usually indicates a TCP setting is not set. Options -> Advanced Options -> TCP - check the APN and other options there.

Default Blackberry Curve 8330

After installing the client to two Blackberry 8830's with great success, I decided to try a different model - the 8330. I successfully installed the ZimbraME to Curve. However, the application will not launch. Any ideas as to why it does not work? I did notice that the BB Core application and BB System software is newer (4.3).

Thanks In Advance,
Lisa
