on Ubuntu 8.04 64bit
Upgrade worked with no errors.
1. I had to activate the license separately in the admin ui
2. I had to run the /opt/zimbra/libexec/scripts/migrate20100913-Mysql51.pl to fix the mysql tables
3. I had to install sqlite on the server
no other issues.
