Zimbra Improves Efficiency

Deployed Zimbra to solve this business issue:
- field workers started their day by coming in the office to pickup work orders
- field workers then came back to office end of day 5pm with work orders
- orders were not being submitted timely enough since it took all day to get them to office
- client was about to lose contract

The success part:
- setup ZCS
- setup an ftp/ssh/sftp site
- got laptops for all field workers
- workorders emailed to field workers in the field (notify them via txt msg from zimbra)
- field workers uploaded all work content
- field workers email the office when done with each job
- inside workers processed orders faster and in realtime through the day
- productivityy increased 200%
- contract saved

Great news You could also make use of a shared Briefcase and allow them to upload that way ? You would not need a FTP server then
