Do you mind explaining a bit more about your second Zimbra server as backup?

My backup mailserver receives all mail in a queue when Zimbra is unavailable. As soon as Zimbra is back online, the mails are send again. This is done with 2 MX records. It looks like you sync two Zimbra server.
