Default 6.0.1 success

Upgrade from 6.0.0_GA_1802.RHEL5_20090830140212 CentOS5 FOSS edition
to 6.0.1_GA_1816.RHEL5_20090911181524 CentOS5 FOSS edition.

No errors, no problems.

But some bugs remain:
Empty stats
Monitoring: no data available

Empty shared calendars
Empty Calendars
caldav not working after update to 6.0
iPhone 3.0 and CalDAV

Unable to modify tasks in the WUI from iCal
iCal Tasks

I assume that bug reports have been filed for all those threads?

They won't get seen by developers unless they're filed in bugzilla (and you should vote on the ones important to you), do search first to see if they've already been reported.
