Default [zcs Up and running] Now how do I configure a win2005 mobile device?

Hi !
I've been testing zcs and it really seems to be the right solution my company is looking for . The last step to implement is the OTA synchronization and that's where I'm getting the major trouble .
Here are the steps already done:
Activated the COS and created a user with all the necessary privileges and authorizations.
What I'd like to implement , as already asked yesterday, is a two-way sync solution involving mails and contacts . Calendars are not required.
Where do I start ? Shall I use IMAP protocol ? What are the steps to do on the server side and client side?
My win2005 mobile device has FlexMail2007 installed.
Many thanks in advance and congratulations for the really good work !

You may use outlook mobile with an Exchange profile pointed to the Zimbra server
