T-Mobile SDA and "push"

Hello,

I'm trying to get my T-Mobile SDA working with "push" style OTA synchronization, but have so far been unsuccessful. It works fine when I set up a polling interval, but as soon as I try to set up synchronization to occur "As items arrive", I get nothing.

I've configured the device SMS address to be 1 + <my phone #>@tmomail.net

Has anyone here gotten it working correctly? Anyone have any clues for me?
