I'm guessing this is related to my other thread about Mail For Exchange getting confused also ( http://www.zimbra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6348).
Anyway, all is good! | Hmm, well, this problem is back for me on my E62. So definitely something is still not right.
It is not practical to keep deleting and re-adding the imap account settings. PITA. |

The only sort-of fix is deleting and re-adding the IMAP account which seems to only be a temporary fix as I am again getting the same problem. |

It shows that the 4.5 IMAP server is misbehaving badly when it comes to UID SEARCH. I'll fix this ASAP and try to have it in 4.5.1.
Actually, I'm wrong. UID SEARCH is fine. Still need to get to the bottom of this.

All I see is the client visiting each folder in turn, then returning to the INBOX and doing an IDLE. The only difference from 4.0.5 is that we've reenabled the IDLE command... |

BTW, are those account switches documented anywhere as to what exactly they do and which ones are available? |

| | Account switches won't help I doubt any of the "account switches" would help here. We need some sort of repro case. Our QA folks will try to work on it as soon as possible, but input from folks seeing the issue is welcome. |

I'm sure they are using MFE.
One thing to caution is don't use MFE and IMAP from the same server to try and test/repro this. It will lockup the phone (did for me)
I did use MFE and IMAP on my E62 to 2 different zimbra servers with ZCS 4.0.5 without problem. |

I would also bet that there's no bugzilla entry for this (although I haven't read the whole thread), if you can produce some evidence/diagnostics of the problem then file a bug entry and it will get looked at.
