    Default Mobile Sync license

    When did the Mobile Sync feature get a part of the Pro version and not included in the Standard?

    I feel quite cheated after renewing our license and getting less features suddenly.

    Thanks, did actually try with a search, but didn't find anything relating to this.

    To Zimbra's defense it does seem that the price has gone down too for both editions?

    Anyway the reason I was frustrated was because it suddenly didn't work anymore and just got a "system failure: Extension HTTP handler not found at /zimbrasync" error and not a "missing license". I first thought that it was because I just updated our ssl license for the server and some jetty thing didn't work and not for one moment related it to our license that we updated a month back. I guess it was because I had to restart the server to have the ssl certificate go into effect.

    I understand it's frustrating and in my opinion there really should have been some communication with customers via an email and/or an announcement in these forums

    Next problem :
    Getting in touch with Zimbra sales.

    I've tried calling the UK and US office. E-mailed them, filled out forms on their website. Not a single response.
