Can you sync with the local Outlook profile? Once I had that setup I was able to install the Zimbra connector and switch Outlook profiles in BDM. I left the local Outlook profile and set the default MS Outlook profile to Zimbra via the Mail control panel in XP.

That allows my user to sync his calendar and address book. If you try to select setup BDM sync after already installing the Zimbra Connector BDM will hang looking for the profile directory.

Yes, I can synchronize with the local Outlook profile (may be not now, but it's another story... ).
After doing many changes in the profiles and in the data files configuration, it seems I was able to change the setup of BDM making BDM sync with Zimbra's Data, but BDM freeze any time before the end...
No zimbra/bdm's synchronized data yet, but a huge step... I saw where we can choose the sync directory.
I have setup a new computer before leaving my office... tomorrow, I'll restart all that with this one

Hi,
Today, new setup on a new up to date computer...

The only way to have Zimbra's choice in BDM is to add the outlook.pst file in Zimbra's mail profil

There's now 2 cases:
- in BDM, select outlook's profil and choose Zimbra's data
- in BDM, select Zimbra's profil

At this point, In both, the send/receive outlook's window appears and stay with "gal download" and "in progress", until I close the BDM sync window.
If I reset the BDM sync config, I can re-choose the used profil and...

It's exactly the same probleme for me since the beginning, but it's easier to describe it now

Yes, but if I reset the BDM's conf and start outlook with the zimbra profil, there's nothing wrong with GAL (neither with the BDM/outlook sync)
