My end users that use iPhones and that are on the AT&T network have connection issues saying "The connection to the server failed.".

They do not have this error when they are connected to a wifi network.

My end users that use iPhones and that are on the Verizon network dont have any issues what so ever.

Has anyone else had this issue and/or found a resolution?
