Default Where to enable Zimbra Mobile in zcs-NETWORK-7.1.3

Hi to all, I have a fresh install of zcs-NETWORK-7.1.3_GA UBUNTU x64 trial version, expires February 2012, I need to test full sync with blackberry before production deploy, trying to avoid installing Blackberry Enterprise Server because it appear cannot complete installation without a Exchange server working.

I found this entry at wiki, but I cant see any of this options in admin console of 7.1.3 can you guide me to enable Zimbra Mobile.

It is supposed that trial version comes full featured.

link clearly mention "Zimbra Mobile can be enabled via Class of Service (COS) or for individual accounts. "
go to "class of service" COS and you "default" COS..and there should be a Tab for mobile and the options shown in Wiki

Thank you for your reply, that is exactly the problem, there is no such options in:

Admin Console > Configuration > CoS > Default > Edit > features , or Advanced

Also no options related to mobile in per account settings.

Some guide pls

Go to the Admin UI and look at the Admin Extensions page and tell us what Zimlets are deployed - there should be one for Zimbra Mobile. There's some details in the forums for the complete list of Admin zimlets and how to deploy them if they're not there.

Cool

Thanks for the help, I have no Zimlets deployed, but searching the forum I found this topic

Zimbra Mobile Installation Guide

Then I issue :
zmprov mc COSname zimbraFeatureMobileSyncEnabled TRUE

and the Sync with my blackberry now work.

I don't know if before launching the above command the feature was enabled, but after, the synchronization starts working.

Also I found a very useful list of commands to see what features are enabled by account.

Strange that you have no admin zimlets deployed. If you run the command below you should see the installed zimlets (I've posted the output from my NE server):

Code:
su - zimbra
zmzimletctl listZimlets

Installed Zimlet files on this host:
        com_zimbra_adminversioncheck
        com_zimbra_attachcontacts
        com_zimbra_attachmail
        com_zimbra_backuprestore
        com_zimbra_birthdayreminder
        com_zimbra_bulkprovision
        com_zimbra_cert_manager
        com_zimbra_coloredemails
        com_zimbra_convertd
        com_zimbra_date
        com_zimbra_delegatedadmin
        com_zimbra_dnd
        com_zimbra_email
        com_zimbra_hsm
        com_zimbra_license
        com_zimbra_linkedin
        com_zimbra_local
        com_zimbra_mobilesync
        com_zimbra_phone
        com_zimbra_smime
        com_zimbra_social
        com_zimbra_srchhighlighter
        com_zimbra_url
        com_zimbra_webex
        com_zimbra_ymemoticons
The ones in Bold should be in the Admin extensions, check your server to make sure you have all those deployed.

As user zimbra I get this output.

imbra@zimbra:~$ zmzimletctl listZimlets
Installed Zimlet files on this host:
Installed Zimlets in LDAP:
Available Zimlets in COS:
class1:
default:
zimbra@zimbra:~$

Maybe things have changed since version 7.1.3?

The output I posted was from my ZCS 7.1.3 NE.

I don't understand what's happened to your install, the output you've shown isn't normal. You can look in the install log file and see what happened during the install of the Zimlets or you could run the 7.1.3 install again and it should upgrade the server and reinstall the zimlets.
