Zimbra and Windows Mobile 7

Do you have any experience in Zimbra and Windows Mobile 7?
Do they work together smoothly?

I have it working ok using pop3, tried imap and retrieved the mail ok, but couldnt send mail, but I believe it is our server configuration.

I mean do you have any experience using Exchange ActiveSync with Windows Phone 7?

Somewhere I read that WP7 does lack significant functionality regarding this issue that was present in older versions of the Mobile OS.
