use EmailOfficer.xml to sync email zimbra with funambol

i am newbie and i have install Linux(ubuntu 8.04) + Zimbra CS 6.0.7 + Funambol V8.0 (All on the same server)

at last time i have succsess syncrhonized contact and calendar mail zimbra to nokiaE71,
but can't sync email

after i read funambol admin guide,
if i want to sync email i must change UserProvisioningOfficer.xml to EmailOfficer.xml
but after i used EmailOfficer.xml user can't log on and can't sync contact and calendar
what is wrong for this case??i'm very confuse
please help and guidance
