Default Unable to send mails through iPhone4G

Unable to send mails through my iPhone4G but receiving the mails. Also try to do the SMTP authentication for outgoing mails but didn't get any success on that as well.

I presume you're using IMAP?

Search the forums (and wiki) for details on how to enable Port 465 (or preferable Port 587) as the submission port for you email, that will require you to authenticate before sending email.

I'd seriously recommend you upgrade your Zimbra server to a current release as soon as possible.

You are right i am using the IMAP.
Also enabled the port 465 as submission port as guided in
Mail client Configuration - Zimbra :: Wiki
but now during SMTP test in outlook2010 configuration
it is asking for the user ID and password. It's not accepting
the credentials i have. I have also checked the button for
"use same setting as my incoming mail server". But still it's asking for user id and password.
At server end in maillog i am getting the warning "postfix/smtpd[4450]: warning: unknown[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed".

Now, master.cf file looks like:

# ================================================== ========================
smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
#submission inet n - n - - smtpd
# -o smtpd_etrn_restrictions=reject
# -o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticate d,reject
465 inet n - n - - smtpd
-o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes
#submission inet n - n - - smtpd
# -o smtpd_etrn_restrictions=reject
# -o smtpd_enforce_tls=yes -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes
#628 inet n - n - - qmqpd
