Non OTA/Non Microsoft mobile sync

I've done a pretty exhaustive look through the forums, and haven't yet found what I'm looking for.

I need to be able to sync a non-wireless Palm (Tungsten T, etc) to Zimbra's calendar without the use of Microsoft Outlook.

Has anyone found a reasonable way to do this? Windows or Linux client...doesn't matter. Even ical sync to somewhere else that can sync to Palm is fine.

We've done this with Palm Tungsten E2s, and I posted a quick summary of the steps we took:

Non-Mobile Non-Outlook Palm Sync

We've been using it for about 2 months now, and it's been working well. We did run into one Palm application that liked to hose the Zimbra calendar (AIMS Web, for any K-12 folk out there) and it appears to be an issue with that software not understanding anything except Palm Desktop and interfering with VersaMail. That's the only problem we've run into so far.
