How Can I Use Zimbra on My Cell Phone?

I am trying to figure out how to use Zimbra on my mobile device. I have an iPhone 3G, but I am trying to get some general information in order to be able to use similar steps so that more people than myself can access the work email on their phones as well.

When trying to set it up, I am prompted to choose either IMAP or POP and then it asks for the Host Name, User Name, and Password for Incoming Mail Server, and then the Host Name, User Name, and Password for Outgoing Mail Server. I don't know what these things are, and I'm not sure whether to choose IMAP or POP. On hte Incoming Mail Server section, a password is prefilled, so I assume it is the password that I use to access my company email. But I don't know how to access this other information it's asking for.

Can someone tell me what these things are and what I need to type in to finally get this working?

do you have a Zimbra server setup? Or are you talking about Zimbra Desktop?
