I have managed to solve this problem with our customer.
Outlook creates tasks that do not have a start and end date. This is fine on the web client, but as soon as it tries to sync to a WM device, it practically crashes itself and puts in its own random dates on syncing. Causing it to run ridiculously slowly. Meaning that to sync 50 or more tasks would take days to perform.
The customer now has had to update all of his tasks to have a start and end date in them for it to sync properly.
Does anyone think this is a sensible problem to report to bugzilla? |
