AstraSync compatibility

I've got a user with a Blackberry Curve who's using AstraSync to connect to ZCS Network Edition 6.03. She has an issue where appointments created elsewhere (through Outlook or the web interface) sync to her phone, but any changes she makes short of deletion do not sync back. Appointments she creates on the phone are synched fine.

I've been working with AstraSync Support on this issue for a while now, and they checked our Zimbra server, and they said that there's an issue with the ActiveSync service, and they were curious if it was activated and what version it was. Can anyone shed some light on this? And yes, Zimbra Mobile is installed, and is active for this user.
