[SOLVED] HTC TyTN II + Zimbra = Empty messages

Good day,

We are using zimbra as mail server for two past month and everything seams ok. But today i have noticed that when receiving rich html formated message to HTC TyTN II i see only header with nothing inside... and nothing to download from mail server.

Tried from gmail to our server same problem. Tried non html everything fine. Can anyone help me with this problem ?

Thank you for link, I have found it before true google.
So as i understand correctly in windows mobile 6.1 there is no solution to receive html formated mail if not using Active sync. And if using Active Sync with PC change parameters that all messages where imported in plain text format.
So the solution would be to use phone and use zimbra web client.
Am I correct ? or i missed something ?

Good day, moderators can close this threat as I solved this problem only by changing on sender computer formating from html to plain text... But i think in the future this should be solved, as mobile email users become more popular...
