BES-ZCB connectivity sent emails from bes

We have three blackberry BES users - two of which seem to to working satisfactory - Receive emails, address book etc on Blackberry device & send emails (through Vodaphone network) that arrive at recipient email address's

The third user however receives emails, address book etc, but sent emails (that are confirmed as sent ok with tick on blackberry device) do not arrive at recipient email address's
