My wife just got a Pre this morning and it synced up with Exchange ActiveSync on our Zimbra 5.0.13 NE server quickly and easily. Contacts, Calendar, and Emails all seem to work at first glance.

Excellent! I just went and picked mine up as well. I haven't syned it because I'm waiting for the OS upgrade to finish. If you haven't upgraded yet there was a 65MB upgrade to 1.0.2 available. I did it over my WiFi connection and it's processing now.

Yep it's syncing like a champ. Email, calendar, contacts... no problem.
The only thing I miss so far, at least I don't see it on the phone is a sync schedule. On my WinMo 6.1 I had a schedule setup to only sync M-F between 7am - 6pm. It looks like it's all or nothing here.
