Angry Mobile 6.1 pushmail Problem with HTC

We have one zimbra server zimbra-5.0.13_GA_2791 installed on Redhat Linux Enterprise 5.3 32bit.
This server is on internet and the components installed are

antispam Running
antivirus Running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running
We are testing the push mail service with this phone

HTC TYTN II

WindowsMobile 6.1 Professional

CE OS 5.2.21009 (Build 20931.1.5.0)

Radio Version 1.65.24.36
Protocol Version 25.94.40.06H

PROBLEM

The phone can connects to the server via Microsoft ActiveSync. After the sync during I don’t have problems, the telephone stay connect to the server. We can see with netstat –nat the connection ESTABLISHED.
During this time I can receive mail in pushmail mode. After some minutes of inactivity, the connection goes in FIN_WAIT1 and in FIN_WAIT2 after this I can’t see connection active.

If a try to send mail with web client, I can’t receive mail in pushmail mode. Only if I sync manually the phone, I can receive mail and the connection with the server is restored.

In The ActiveSync.rar I stored the activesync log of my device.

We have tested the push mail also with HTC TYTN, and HTC DIAMOND and they have the same problem.
With Nokia and Mail for exchange the service push mail works perfectly

PS:

My phone with the same configuration connected to our Exchange 2007 works perfectly in pushmail mode

Why do you have the proxy running if this is a single server installation? You should not have it installed or running in this set-up, search the forums for details on how to remove it and reset the ports.

I'm confused when you start talking about webmail and "pushmail mode". I also have WinMo 6.1 devices and I've never seen a setting called "pushmail mode"

Your post doesn't say, but I assume your running the "network edition" and you have the mobile option installed? It sounds like you might be running an eval, so I would assume yes.

I just got a little lost in your story... maybe I'm not making the connection with your terminology.
