Default Windows Mobile 6.1 and ATT Fuze

Hi,

Got a few of the new Fuzes in the other day. I'm able to receive email from Zimbra on them but have not yet been able to send. Is there something simple that I've missed in the setup?

Thanks In Advance

You may want to provide some more information on your setup and how you are syncing your phone to Zimbra. Right now your post is very vague.

Vague? Undoubtedly a result of my vagueness on what i'm doing with it!

OK then...

Went in to Zimbra Admin and clicked the check box for Zimbra Mobile for the user accounts.

Setup the email client on the Fuzes by entering the pop3 and smtp info as my zimbra servers FQDN and putting in the users username and password.

Each one of the Fuze's has a ATT data plan. As soon as I popped in the info on the mail client on the phone, mail started downloading

When I created a test email to send to my account and sent it, nothing happens though.

It seems to leave the phone as it shows up in 'sent' folder but doesn't show up back in my inbox on my desktop.

I can't tell for sure if it's leaving the phone though so don't know if I have something misconfigured on the phone or if my problem lies on the server.

Bad setup, considering you have a WM device and ZimbraMobile.

Good setup is through ActiveSync : Mobile Device Setup - Zimbra :: Wiki
