iPhone and External GAL

I have external GAL configured to use my existing LDAP server. In webmail it is working just fine. But on the iPhone everytime I try to search my Directory I get "Searching...." and then "Search Failed". Anyone else getting this to work?? Suggestions?

jjzhuang, as the bug you linked to was logged around two months ago and has nothing that I can see that could answer knabe's question of "if there a timeframe", would you have any further information on this subject that could shed light on it?

Version 2 of the iphone software has been out for a while now, and available to developers for even longer than that; it'd be really nice if ZCS would support it's feature set. I'd go so far as saying that it could even be a selling point for Zimbra.

Apple are on target for selling 10 million iphones this year, that's a lot of users that could potentially be Zimbra customers.
