Nokia E71

I am using Mail For Exchange from Noika. I have found a few issues that I am unsure of.

1. My calendar does not fully sync - i see the "all day events" but no meetings and it does not sync meetings I set on the E71

2. I don't see any of my mail folders, except the inbox

3. It doesn't sync form the device to Zimbra when i delete a msg.

Am I missing the obvious in my configuration setings? Any help is appreciated
