Are they all on the same carrier? Palm sometimes will release OS patches for only the bigger carriers..

We like are you are an HSP/VAR, we have so many versions running in dedicated environments for customers. The customer in question is 5.08 RHEL

Well apparently this is part of Bug 30304 – VersaMail 3.5 does not sync calendar appointments

Support supplied a patch to get us through until 5.09 was released. I have not verified the patch as of yet, but this is what I heard back.

please take a look at Bug 30538 – VersaMail 3.5.4 does not sync mails

This issue is different from 30304 as 30304 affects all phones. 30538 however only affects Treos. The logs we received early on only showed the symptoms of 30304. As a result 30304 masked the issue of 30538 until we received new logs that showed a different issue.

This fix is in 5.0.9.
