Iphone 3g Calendar Sync issues?

I have the new iphone (3g) and my email & contacts sync wonderfully to the server and my outlook desktop connector. My zimbra server is 5.07. However, I am having a heck of a time getting the correct calendar to sync to the phone. I have over 1000 calendar appointments on my zimbra account and the phone will get just a few of them-- randomly.

For example, contacts seem to work great-- I can add a contact in my outlook (or web interface) and it comes across. If I add a new appointment on the web-- the iphone grabs is really fast. Anyone with sporadic iphone calendaring out there?

Any help would be appreicated,

Thanks for the response. I filled out a support ticket as this is one large hurdle in our way before my company can seriously look into an email migration to Zimbra.

Hi together,
I have the same problem. It seems, that allday events are ok, but all other events are not synced anyway.

Is there a trick?

Once set up Activsync on the Iphone, is it possible from the mobile device to set up an appointment as 'private'? We need this feature because our CEO needs to show on other manager's calendar that is busy without revealing its reason.
