Certain message not syncing to WM5 device

Hello All,
I have Zimbra Network Edition 4.5.7 and everything has been working great. However, one e-mail that the President gets regularly does not seem to want to sync to his phone. It is a message with a 12k PDF attachment and no body text. It shows fine in outlook through the connector as well as on the web interface, but mobile does not sync it. The message simply does not appear in the sync.log at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does the log show any error or say anything like skipping a message due to error? Thanks!
