can't change profile treo 650

hi,

My boss is using treo650 and when he try to change hotsycn manager profile from outlook to zimbra, he keep getting the error message: 'outlook is running'.
When kill the outlook process and run the hotsync manager, the event notification start and we get the same error again. Does anyone encounter this similar error as well?

OS= win2k(sp4) , OUTLOOk2K3 (sp3), Zimbra (5.0.1),hotsync manager (6.0.1)

After we reset the treo650 to factory default, the problem goes away. Now the device can sync with outlook properly
