Default Can i synch multiple calendars on my ZCS 5?

Hey guys!
Me and my college share a calender. It works nice on Ical and Outlook. But his calender doesnt show up on my mobile and visa verca.

isnt it possible to synch multiple calendar? Is there a solution for this.

It would also be nice to have multiple contactlist or groups when we synch. So he doesnt need to have all my private numbers on his cell.

Thanks in advance.

There is no workaround for this. This is not a bug, but a feature request. Please keep in mind that the phones don't actually support it. So we'll have to figure out a practical way to implement this. As for time frame, the ticket already indicates that it's currently slotted for Helix. Thanks!

Workaround: The 5.0.2 mobile web (https://zimbra.example.com/m/) will show all mounted calendars, though it currently can't modify them.

There's not a lot that Zimbra can do about a calendar application on your phone that only supports one calendar, and an ActiveSync protocol defined by Microsoft that only supports one calendar. The suggestion in 7256 is to merge them and present them to ActiveSync as a unitary calendar. That could be fine for read-only access, but it's not at all obvious how to handle phone-initiated changs to calendars other than your own.. especially since there will be no way to tell the phone that certain items are read-only.

Helix is 6.0, not 5.5. By that time, there *might* be a new version of ActiveSync that handles multiple calendars.

Default Possible way to implement this

Checkout Missing Sync for Windows Mobile, they simply give each calendarname a catagory in your mobile device. And if you write an event you can simply ad a catagory and that is the calendar of the PC/Mac where it goes. Un-catagorised events simply go to the default calendar. Non writeable catagories also go to the default calendar.
