No Contact Groups For Mobile?

Apologies in advance if this information exists somewhere else, but I've tried as many searches in as many places as I can think of and have not found an answer (but would welcome a link to any document that contains the info.)

We're a Network Edition customer still on 4.5.6 (I know, I know...but there are only so many hours in my day) with the Mobile add-on. My users are only now starting to use Contact Groups and are reporting that they don't appear as Contacts on the mobile device (Motorola Q9ms running Windows Mobile 6).

Should Contact Groups appear as Contacts in Mobile Outlook? If so, why might ours not be? If not, why (Zimbra or Microsoft the problem); does the functionality exist in Zimbra 5.0; or failing that is it in development?

WM5 doesn't have the notion of contact groups. Contact groups you create using Zimbra client will not appear on the device.

Thanks for the fast response. Just as a clarification, the Q9m uses WM6. Is that what you meant?

We currently don't support WM6 new features. WM6 support is in a later release. Thanks!

I too am not seeing Contact Groups with iPhones running 3.1.3 OS. Is it the same reason?
