Treo 700p

I am trying to get my treo to sync up with our email server. I followed all of the steps in the Wiki but it still dosent work. I am using VersaMail 3.5.4. Any suggestions?

As this is your first post I have to ask since we often get people using FOSS when Zimbra Mobile is an NE feature Compare ZCS Editions
preferred, via the command line:

su zimbra
zmcontrol -v

or in the main search bar of the advanced (ajax) web-client enter:

$set:get version

While you're at it don't forget to add it to your forum profile, simply go to http://www.zimbra.com/forums/profile.php?do=editprofile > about halfway down the page 'additional information' > zimbra version blank

Assuming you're on NE, walk us through the features you selected. ie: In Versamail selected ActiveSync etc. While I don't use a Palm, someone may jump in to correct you on something. Also, server side you can examine /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log
