Default Palm TX sync only last 6 months.

We have a palm tx that only syncs the last 6 months of data. But we have others that will do everything in the calendar. We are running 4.5.3 of Network edition.

Thanks,

Spencer

How much data to sync is a client config. The client tells the server how much data to download. Please check your device settings.

I don't see any info on that in the config. I see how much to sync with mail, 1 week, 1 month, etc, but not with the calendar.

Thanks,

Spencer

Maybe on that device for calendar it's fixed to 6 months then. We don't have a Palm TX to verify that. Maybe other forum users who own TX devices can chime in? Thanks!

Also, we found after the sync, everything beyond 6 months back is deleted from zimbra, also.

But I have the same PDA, and I have all my calendar entries since I have been putting them into zimbra. I know that the PDA only keeps them for 6 months, but they still should be in zimbra.

Thanks,

Spencer

Sorry I misread your previous message. Yeah on the server it shouldn't have been deleted. If they are, then that's a serious bug. Do they get deleted on their own or as a result of sync? Please file a bug and provide as detailed steps to reproduce it as possible. Thanks!

I want to upgrade Zimbra to 4.5.10 to make sure its not a server side issue. I will update this thread after I do that.

Thanks,

Spencer
