Only headers sync works with zimbra mobile Hi everyone,
We are running ZCS 4.5.6 (I think it is this version) professional network edition. Someone else made the setup and has left the company. So I know very little about it. We are having problems with the Mobile sync on 2 Qtec devices (8500 and 8300). They are configured via the ActivSync tool on the mobile phone. I can sync contacts and calendar, but not the emails.
I can sync emails when I only download the headers. But if I select anything else on the mobile phone (eg. download only the first 500bytes), it just hangs and times out.
Anyone has a hint on this?
