Palm 680 error while syncing: sync key invalid

Hello,

i have one user, who wants to sync with his Treo 680.
Zimbra synchronises Mails and Calendar completely.

When starting to sync the contacts, the user reports, that he receives the
error "sync key invalid". In the sync.log i do not find anything regarding that error.

As further info: the user has a shared contact book.

Can you make sure the time is valid on the phone?

Yes, the date/time settings are correct.
