Default [SOLVED] How to get older mail on WM5?

Hi,

We've been running Zimbra Network Edition for a few months, and we just added 16 Windows Mobile devices. All of the push setup works, what I can't figure out is how to get older mail to come into the devices. They seem to only show mail that came in after I deployed the Mobile Zimlet.

Any advice?

Tony

There's a setting on the device that allows you to download "All" messages. By default most devices only download emails in the last 3 days when you do the initial sync.

Where on the device? I've looked everywhere.

It's different on different handsets. What device are you using?

Probably start menu > activesync/messaging> menu > options > account options kinda pops up> then edit (right click/menu again) on the designated account > change to all

Open ActiveSync program and hit Menu->Options and change email setting to sync "All".

Thank You found it. The Activesync settings. I didn't realize you could scroll down to just E-mail and choose "settings" and have more options.

Thank You
