pocket outlook sync issue

its an xv6700 device, and its getting the following error message during an active sync to the "exchange" zimbra server.

0x8004010F

You receive an 0x8004010F error message when you try to synchronize the offline address list on an Exchange 2007 server or Exchange 2003 server in Outlook 2003

I'm reindex'ing the users mailbox, we'll see if that fixes it, otherwise I guess I can restart zimbra, and then check the logs, any ideas?
