Default Motorola Q getting new error on sync with Zimbra

Hi,

Running Zimbra 4.5.5, Network

I have a customer who has been paying for and using mobile sync for several weeks now. Yesterday, he had to get a new Motorola Q. For the first several hours, it was syncing fine with Zimbra. Then he got some update from Verizon and sync stopped working. He started to get the following error message:

0x85010004
Your Account does not have permissions to sync with your current settings. Contact your Microsoft Exchange administrator.

(I am assuming the Q assumes all servers are Exchange)

Checked his settings, they appeared to be fine. Set up a new test account with different credentials and had the user try those, they did not work either.

Has anyone out there encountered anything like this before? Any insight into this?

Do you see anything errors in the sync log on the server for his device? Those should show more detail. Also make sure that require encryption is not set on his device. I think that's in advanced settings on the Q.
