Funambol connector (again ;o) )

How long to code the funambol connector ?

I have tested Zimbra Mobile and it seems to work fine but not for a lot of PDAs.

I have read about the funambol connector on the forum, the old one, the need to get it fixed, etc.

I have average knowledge about funambol and zimbra but not in full details.

Does someone has an idea of what kind of effort is neaded to get this connector done ?

Is it days or months of coding and test ?

Does it need very special competency to be done ?

is it a concurrent to zimbra mobile or more a complement (for PDAs not supported by zimbra mobile)

Any other clue on this subject ?
