Messages not appearing in window pane

Only one account is experiencing this problem. Email messages are not appearing in the window pane. It varies per message and is not consistent. If clicking on: launch in a separate window, messages can be retrieved, but I do want to continue doing this. I have checked the settings and I am at a lost on how to solve this problem. Please help

Have you tried completely clearing the browser cache ? Does this happen when you use the same account from another computer ? If none of these work then you could try re-indexing the account from the Admin GUI.
