OC Missing in 4.5.6

We just upgraded from NE 4.5.5 to 4.5.6 RHEL4 64bit and the Outlook Connector download is no longer in the Utilities area of the Admin UI, any one know where to get it now?

You should still be able to get to it by going to

Ok it's there if I goto that path, but normally it's also in the Admin UI utils area, have also noticed in the Admin UI the tab with the License details is no longer there either.
