Outlook Reminders Dissappearing

I just reproduced an issue where all calendar reminders are being removed from seemingly all appointments and meetings under Outlook 2003.

If you create a new item in the calendar and set the reminder, it seems to take. That is until you synchronize with the Zimbra server, then it's removed. This only seemed to really appear recently (as in an upgrade to 4.5.5).

Anyone else seeing this?

Thanks. By an off chance, do you know when is 4.5.6 slated for release? I went to my download portal for our account, and still only show 4.5.5 for all OS's.

Or is it the Outlook Connector 4.5.5_GA_887 that will fix this?

Okay it is indeed the pre release of the Outlook Connector that fixes this.

Where is this update to the outlook connect of which you speak? I've got the latest that the admin console directs me to. Is there another place to find downloads?

The pre-release connector is on the Support Portal. However, the 'fix' they were talking about earlier is fixed in 4.5.6

Hello again

If I'm in the Zimbra Admin console and I click on what looks like a wand, it takes me to a downloads page. This page lists downloads for Admins and End Users. The Zimbra Outlook Connector that I can download from that page is 4.5.5_GA_831_4.5.230.msi. How do I go about getting the one you mention?

I mentioned it above, go to the Support Portal and login there to get the pre-release version or just upgrade to 4.5.6

You should upgrade your server to 4.5.6 as well.

Just to confirm, is it ok to install this updated Connector that you mention above while still using ZCS 4.5.5 or must you upgrade to 4.5.6? If it's ok, what is the latest version of the Connector that I can download from the Support Portal that will work with 4.5.5?
