Default I need to connect zimbra to outlook?

I have a zimbra account, that is acessed through simplymailsolutions.com > Sms next gen web mail.

I need to e.mail a vast amount of people which have displayed e.mail links.
When I click on an email link, outlook express pops up. Is there anyway for a zimbra pop up to be available? If not then I will need to use outlook for convinience as I can just paste my message and send it easily.

The question is how do I use my zimbra e.mail from outlook? I tried linking them but it didnt work.

"The server does not support the required HTTP methods"

aswell as other error messages. Iv'e tried using HTML, aswell as POP, but I can't seem to do it.
Iv'e tried simplymailsolutions.com, nexgen.simplyms.com, Zimbra as my mail HTTP server and nothing works.
The mail does not send, only gets stored in outbox. A box comes up saying "connecting to Work" (which is my work email) but it just HANGS.

If someone could tell me how i'd appreciate it GREATLY. If you require any more information please ask.

    Thanks guys.

    Welcome to the forums.

The question of connecting to your email via Outlook is best addressed to SMS, you can connect to a Zimbra server via Outlook using IMAP - I would assume they provide the same service.

You can't have the Zimbra web UI pop-up when clicking on an email link (having said that, there might be a solution in the forums - do a search) but you can change the default mail client to Outlook so that opens instead.
