How to view multiple accounts in Outlook 2003

I am trying to view multiple inbox and response to messages. Is this possible to do using ZCS 4.5.5.

Welcome to the forums,

Are you asking this about zimbra because you're using the outlook connector?
(you did post this in the outlook connector section but we can never assume-some people just see the word 'outlook', they don't understand that there's an actual connector product for NE customers)
Sry not an outlook user, so I don't know if you can use the outlook connector on more than one profile, but I did find:

Installing the connector does not remove any email accounts. It creates a separate new mail profile, by default called zimbra, which does not conflict with any existing profiles/accounts. To see existing account profiles, navigate to Start>ControlPanel>Mail>Show Profiles.

Q. How do I switch between profiles?
A. When you are viewing your profile as described above, select the radio button for "Prompt for a profile to be used." When you log on to Outlook, you are prompted to pick a profile.

If you're just interested in how to setup another account in Outlook via IMAP:
On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. (or Tools>Options/Accounts - search you'll find it)
Select Add a new e-mail account
Follow the wizard...

Thanks. I am use Outlook front end and I will probably have alot of questions going forward, so is this the right place to post or do you suggestion another location?

question-do you make use of the zimbra built outlook connector program?

Yes we do.

In outlook, do file->open->other users mailbox->select the user from the gal chooser->ok

On the subsequent sync, any content shared with you will be synchronized from the server to your outlook.

I am trying the same thing but do not see the alternative account in the GAL
