Default directory listing

Henry,

Here is a screen capture of the directory, along with another recent (today) set of log files when trying to create and load the zimbra profile. Let me know if you need anything else.

that explains why it does not work.
After clean install of Outlook 2007 this directory should contain only
MSMAPI32.DLL.
So all these files are from older version of Outlook. So something went wrong when you upgraded to Outlook 2007.

So you need to reinstall Outlook 2007.
Uninstall ZCO.
Uninstall Outlook 2007.
Remove this directory (backup it just in a case).
Install Outlook and install ZCO.

Also having trouble getting Outlook Connector working w/ Outlook 2007.

System:
- WinXP SP2
- Outlook 2007 SP1
- Outlook Connector ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.1_GA_1900_5.0.2450.1.msi

When attempting to start Outlook I receive an error regarding SharingAddin.DLL, followed by an error regarding LSMSSP.DLL, then Outlook dies.

I've tried repairing the installation. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling. I've ensured that C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 is in my PATH. I've tried just about everything mentioned in these forums to no avail.

My company is looking to purchase a 50-seat Zimbra license very soon, but an inability to properly test the Outlook Connector is a deal-breaker. I've attached screencaps of the error dialogs in addition to, Mapisvc.inf, the install log file, and a screencap of the 1033 directory post-install.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Nevermind - got it working by doing an uninstall through Add/Remove Programs then reinstalling using the MSI. I have no idea what the difference was, but it's working and that's all that matters.

'm trying to install the ZCS Connector for Outlook on a new Vista laptop but it keeps generating an error at the end of the install process that states that the installer was interrupted before ZCS Connector for Outlook could be installed. I've tried several times to repeat the install, but I keep getting the same error message.

==> I've the same problem with one laptop where I had to re-install Vista and outlook 2007. When I want to install the ZCS outlook Connector "ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.11_GA_2695_5.0.2817.11.msi "I get the same message. I re-installed it several times..... It is only with one laptop (on a total of 4 laptops), problem remains

I was experiencing this problem when upgrading a user's office from 2003 to 2010, then installing the Zimbra7.1.0.6315_x86.msi connector and getting the 'object not found error'. I uninstalled the connector and deleted everything in the '1033' folder (copy to be safe) then reinstalled connector. This worked for us.
