Wiping the machine is by far the best method I found.

I tried uninstall the connector. Uninstall MS Office. Clean registry. Somehow something in the system still cause the problem.

I only need to do this once. Have been using 4.5.4, & now 4.5.6 for 3 to 4 months now. Do not see the problem anymore.
